Who's to Blame?

So I woke up again with a shout, leading to another up and down night without any sleep. But at least the US Senate was up with me. So as I like to say, “misery loves company” and I was certainly enjoying watching them squirm. Anyway, it was because of my own hubris that I had such a shitty night. So I have no one else to blame but myself. Sitting here in my office looking out at the cloudy sky. Mentally I’m feeling pretty good, while physically I’m suffering from my sins once again.

But it’s one thing to know what the problem is and do something about it. But it’s entirely another to know the cause and simply ignore it for some momentary gain. Watching those politicians wheel and deal last night made me proud to see that the gears of Democracy can still work. Although it seems to me be to the detriment of many individuals such as myself. But since many of us have been spoon fed a lie about looking for a boogeyman to blame. It appears we have gladly accept whatever false facts we are told.

But, oh well. I guess we’ll all go down with the ship as usual. While the elites among us escape to their nearby islands and live on their offshore holdings. Oh, I don’t mean to be so cynical but there is or at least was a way to save ourselves, and it’s called a ballot box. But right now you get what you pay for, just as my ass is doing right now. But instead of just complaining (as we all love to do), how about peacefully letting your opinion be known. Listen I don’t claim to know all the answers, and while I do bash most of the powers to be. I try and do it in a constructive way by stating my opinion and not by blaming everyone else.
